Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with 1 tablespoon butter.
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, and Minute Rice until well combined.
Spread the rice mixture evenly in the greased pan.
Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture, spaced evenly.
Sprinkle Lipton Onion Soup mix evenly over the chicken.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours. Do not open the oven door during baking.
Notes
You can add frozen vegetables for extra nutrition. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze up to 3 months.
