Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Minute Rice (brown or white)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 tablespoon butter for greasing the pan
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with 1 tablespoon butter.
  • In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, and Minute Rice until well combined.
  • Spread the rice mixture evenly in the greased pan.
  • Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture, spaced evenly.
  • Sprinkle Lipton Onion Soup mix evenly over the chicken.
  • Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours. Do not open the oven door during baking.

Notes

You can add frozen vegetables for extra nutrition. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze up to 3 months.
