Instructions
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and let it rise for another 30 minutes.

Cook the dough, covered, for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
