  • 2 packages Birthday Cake Oreos
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  • In a 9x13 inch dish, layer the bottom with a single layer of Birthday Cake Oreos.
  • Spread half of the cream mixture over the Oreos.
  • Add another layer of Oreos on top of the cream, followed by the rest of the cream mixture.
  • Top with colorful sprinkles.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Slice and enjoy your festive icebox cake!

Notes

For best results, chill overnight. You can substitute different Oreo flavors or add fruit between the layers.
