1scoopChocolate Protein PowderYour preferred brand
2tbspMaple SyrupRoom temperature

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, almond flour, chocolate protein powder, maple syrup, and mini chocolate chips.
Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined. The cottage cheese should blend in nicely, leaving you with a brownie-like batter.
If desired, mix in the peanut butter for a nutty twist. Make sure it’s fully incorporated so the bites hold together.
Using your hands (or a small cookie scoop), roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the rolled balls on a plate or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Enjoy these protein-packed bites as a delicious snack anytime!
Notes
Store the bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. They’re great straight from the fridge.
