Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, and 2 eggs until well blended.
Fold in the chopped nuts and mix until evenly distributed.
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and the additional egg, mixing until fully incorporated.
Grease a baking pan and pour half of the cake batter into it.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the batter layer.
Pour the remaining batter over the cream cheese layer.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
