Instructions
Toast or grill the bread slices until golden brown.
Spread aioli or mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer the mortadella slices evenly on one slice of bread.
Add fresh greens and tomato slices on top of the mortadella.
Top with the second slice of bread, cut in half, and serve.
