Ingredients

Essential Ingredients

  • 4 slices Mortadella Thinly sliced premium Italian cured meat.
  • 2 slices Italian Bread Soft, fresh bread or rolls.
  • 1 tablespoon Aioli or Mustard For spreading on the bread.
  • 1 cup Fresh Greens Arugula or baby spinach.
  • 1 medium Tomato Sliced.

Instructions

  • Toast or grill the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Spread aioli or mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer the mortadella slices evenly on one slice of bread.
  • Add fresh greens and tomato slices on top of the mortadella.
  • Top with the second slice of bread, cut in half, and serve.
