  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Noodles (lo mein or spaghetti)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Stir in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce, mixing well to coat the beef.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add vegetables like bell peppers, carrots, or broccoli. Adjust the soy sauce and hoisin sauce to your taste preference.
