Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in peanut butter.
Alternate adding the dry ingredients with milk and vanilla, mixing until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared cake pan. Smooth the top evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool completely. Frost with peanut butter frosting and top with M&Ms.
Notes
For a more indulgent finish, drizzle melted chocolate over the frosted cake. You can also swap M&Ms for Reese's Pieces or chopped candy bars!
