Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Fill each cooked shell with the chicken and cheese mixture.
Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the stuffed shells in the dish and top with the remaining Alfredo sauce.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sautéed spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the filling. Make sure the pasta shells are al dente so they hold their shape after baking.
