Instructions
Cube the White American cheese and place it in a saucepan with green chiles, garlic powder, and 3/4 cup milk.
Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 10–12 minutes until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth.
If the dip is too thick, add more milk gradually to reach your desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or use as a sauce for tacos, nachos, and more.
Notes
Use a mini crockpot or fondue pot to keep the dip warm for parties. Add jalapeños or cayenne pepper if you like it spicy.
