Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned. Be sure to drain any excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, and diced tomatoes. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In your prepared baking dish, layer half of the crushed tortilla chips, then add the beef mixture, and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top. Repeat the layers.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, topped with sour cream and chopped green onions.
