Instructions
Step 1: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal later.
Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla extract. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
Step 3: Once the mixture is creamy, separate it into two bowls. Add teal food coloring to one bowl until you reach the desired shade. Do the same for the violet food coloring in the other bowl.
Step 4: Spoon the teal fudge into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Follow with the violet fudge, layering it gently on top. Swirl a knife through both colors for a marbled effect.
Step 5: Sprinkle the mermaid sprinkle mix generously over the top for added charm and crunch.
Step 6: Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.
Step 7: Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
