Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or sausage until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Reduce the heat to low and add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to the skillet. Stir until creamy and well combined.
Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, Pepper Jack cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, diced green onions, diced jalapeños, taco seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
