Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish.
Prepare your meatballs. If frozen, cook them according to package instructions. If homemade, ensure they are fully cooked.
Spread the meatballs evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
Pour the brown gravy over the meatballs, making sure they are well coated.
Spoon the mashed potatoes on top of the gravy-covered meatballs, smoothing them out to create an even layer.
Season the mashed potatoes lightly with salt and pepper to your taste.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the mashed potatoes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat covered in a 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
