Instructions
Prepare the mango puree by blending fresh mango or using store-bought puree.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, mango puree, soy sauce, minced garlic, diced habanero, and lime juice.
Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl to make a slurry. Gradually stir this into the saucepan.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in ground coriander and chopped cilantro.
Let the sauce cool slightly before transferring to a container or using immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Freeze in ice cube trays for portioned storage up to 3 months.
