  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 can (14 ounces) Sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
  • Step 3: Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips over the crust, followed by the butterscotch chips, chopped pecans, and shredded coconut.
  • Step 4: Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire pan.
  • Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the top is set.
  • Step 6: Let the bars cool completely in the pan before lifting them out and slicing into squares.

Notes

Store Magic Cookie Bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or refrigerate for up to a week. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
