  • 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix 15.25 ounces
  • 2 pounds Ricotta Cheese
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, ricotta cheese, eggs, and sugar. Use a hand mixer or whisk to mix until smooth and well incorporated.
  • Pour the cake batter into the greased baking dish, and use a spatula to level it out evenly.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
