Ingredients

Cheese Mixture

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the pepperoni is crispy.
