Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside, keeping the bacon fat in the skillet.
Add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until beef is browned and drain excess fat if needed.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, tomato paste, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the beef mixture in the greased baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over it, then top with bacon and cheddar cheese.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the center is set and cheese is golden brown.
Notes
Serve hot with a fresh salad or steamed veggies. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
