Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Pot

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 8 ounces Fettuccine Pasta
  • 4 slices Bacon Cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, salting the water for extra flavor.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat, then stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly. Gradually add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, allowing each to melt before adding more.
  • Season the cheese sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Drain the pasta and toss it into the skillet with the sauce, stirring to coat.
  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a leaner option, substitute ground turkey or chicken. Reserve some pasta water to loosen the sauce if it thickens too much.
