Instructions

Form Balls: Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
Chill: Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Notes
Use maple syrup for a vegan version. Add extra lemon juice or coconut oil if mixture is too dry. Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze for 1 month.
