Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

Seasonings

  • 1 each lemon, zest and juice
  • 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika

Fats

  • 4 tbsp butter

Aromatics

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Pasta

  • 8 oz linguine

Cheese

  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  • Cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Toss the cooked linguine with the chicken mixture and Parmesan cheese.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Serve warm with extra Parmesan on top. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
