Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Cook the linguine in a pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with lemon juice, lemon zest, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Stir in fresh parsley and remove from heat.
Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
