  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of the cheesecake filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll up tightly.
  • Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon milk until smooth.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.

Notes

For a tangier glaze, add more lemon juice. You can also experiment by adding blueberries or strawberries to the filling for a fruity twist!
