Lazy Day CrockPot Ravioli Lasagna

  • 25 oz Frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 lb Ground beef browned and drained
  • 45 oz Crushed tomatoes 3 cans of 15 oz each
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Garlic salt
  • 4 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, and drain any excess fat.
  • In your crockpot, start with a layer of crushed tomatoes, followed by a layer of ravioli, then sprinkle some Italian seasoning and garlic salt over. Add a layer of cooked ground beef and a generous layer of mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of crushed tomatoes and mozzarella on top.
  • Cover your crockpot and cook on low for approximately 4 to 6 hours. If you’re in a rush, you can set it on high for 2 to 3 hours.
  • In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top and let it melt.
  • Once done, let it cool for a few minutes, scoop out portions, and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
