  • 1 can (20 oz) Crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 2 cups Miniature marshmallows
  • 1 package (1 oz) Vanilla pudding mix (dry)
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry pie filling and drained crushed pineapple.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
  • Add the miniature marshmallows and the dry vanilla pudding mix, stirring to combine.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip gently until everything is evenly mixed.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes

For a less sweet version, use unsweetened whipped cream instead of Cool Whip and reduce the amount of sweetened condensed milk.
