Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients such as eggs, sugar, melted butter, and milk.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool before serving.
Notes
Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature for the best results. Don't overmix the batter to keep your cake fluffy. A pinch of instant coffee can enhance the chocolate flavor!
