Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small to medium baking dish lightly with cooking spray or a bit of butter.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and lump-free.
Add shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, lemon juice, and chopped green onions. Mix until evenly incorporated.
Gently fold in lump crab meat, taking care not to break up larger pieces too much. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the dip is bubbling around the edges.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
Use lump crab meat for texture and avoid overmixing. Room-temperature cream cheese blends more smoothly.
