  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 8 oz lump crab meat, drained and picked over
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  • Fold in cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and green onions gently.
  • Add lump crab meat and lemon juice, folding carefully to keep crab chunks intact.
  • Spread mixture in a greased baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish with diced tomatoes and parsley. Serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven at 350°F for 15–20 minutes. Can substitute crab with shrimp or lobster.
