Add for extra spice.
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and apple cider vinegar.
Add the olive oil, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh lime juice. Mix well.
Stir in the allspice, cinnamon, black pepper, garlic powder, ground ginger, and thyme until fully combined.
If using, finely chop and add Scotch bonnet peppers for extra spice.
Taste the sauce and adjust ingredients as needed for your preferred flavor balance.
Use as a marinade for chicken, pork, beef, or vegetables, allowing at least one hour (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Grill or roast your marinated food and enjoy!
Notes
For a gluten-free option, substitute soy sauce with coconut aminos. Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing Scotch bonnet peppers.
