1packageready-made pie crust or pastry dough(about 400g)
1/2cupstrawberry jam(or any jam of your choice)
powdered sugar(for dusting, optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line it with small paper liners.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pastry dough. Use a cookie cutter or a cup to cut out circles big enough for the muffin tins.
Press each pastry circle into the muffin tins to form little wells.
Spoon about 1-2 teaspoons of jam into each pastry well.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the jam is bubbly.
Let them cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
If you like, dust with powdered sugar before serving!
