14ozsweetened condensed milk

Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in the brown sugar until dissolved. Add the milk and vanilla extract, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually mix in the butter mixture until well combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips and colorful chocolate candies, then set aside.
In a separate saucepan, heat the sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly. Add the white chocolate chips and continue stirring until fully melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and mix in the prepared cookie dough until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips and candies on top for decoration.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or until firm.

For best results, use softened butter, not melted. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months. Let it thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
