  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1.5 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
  • 6 tbsp Honey
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone cups.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the peanut butter, honey, and salt until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  • Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups, pressing down gently.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over each cup, spreading evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set.
  • Once set, remove from liners and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer, then transfer to a freezer-safe container.
