Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For best results, let it marinate overnight!
When you’re ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
