  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, softened Room temperature for easy spreading
  • 1 large Peach, thinly sliced Remove the pit and slice thinly
  • 4 slices White cheddar cheese About 4 ounces total
  • 2 tablespoons Honey For drizzling over peaches

  • Butter the bread: spread a thin, even layer of softened butter on one side of each slice of sourdough.
  • Build the sandwiches: place two slices of bread buttered side down, add cheese, and arrange peach slices evenly.
  • Add honey and seasoning: drizzle honey over peaches and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Top and seal: place remaining bread slices on top, buttered side up, and press gently.
  • Grill the sandwiches: cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
