  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 tbsp Butter, softened
  • 1 large Peach, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices White cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  • Place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down, on a clean surface.
  • Layer each with 2 slices of white cheddar cheese, followed by thin peach slices.
  • Drizzle honey over the peaches and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
  • Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • Place the assembled sandwiches in the preheated skillet.
  • Grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them cool for a minute.
