Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Mixing Bowl

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  • In a large bowl, combine honey, melted butter, and minced garlic. Whisk or stir until fully combined and slightly emulsified.
  • Add the peeled carrots cut into sticks into the bowl. Toss well so each carrot piece is evenly coated in the honey-garlic-butter mixture.
  • Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, stirring or flipping once halfway through.
  • Check for doneness: carrots should be tender when pierced with a fork and have caramelized edges.
  • Remove from oven and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for color and a fresh pop of flavor. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 8–10 minutes to regain some crispiness.
