Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, and minced garlic.
  • Place the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Pour the honey garlic butter mixture over the carrots, tossing to ensure they are well coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and caramelized. Turn them once halfway through cooking to ensure even roasting.
