Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place the pizza stone inside to heat up.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza peel or baking sheet.
Spread the crushed tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then layer your chosen toppings on top.
Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
