Ingredients

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 can Crushed Tomatoes Use high-quality canned tomatoes.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Basil

Cheese and Toppings

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • 1 cup Toppings Choose your favorite toppings like pepperoni, bell peppers, or onions.

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place the pizza stone inside to heat up.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza peel or baking sheet.
  • Spread the crushed tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then layer your chosen toppings on top.
  • Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
