  • 1 pound pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Transfer dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then cut into breadsticks.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding red pepper flakes before baking. Use different cheeses like cheddar or an Italian blend for a unique twist.
