  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine blueberries and honey. Cook for 8–10 minutes until berries burst and mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and let cool for 5–10 minutes.
  • Mash or blend the blueberry mixture to desired consistency.
  • Add the softened butter and lemon juice. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
  • Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for 2–3 hours to firm up.
  • Serve on toast, pancakes, muffins, or scones. Enjoy!
