Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine blueberries and honey. Cook for 8–10 minutes until berries burst and mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5–10 minutes.
Mash or blend the blueberry mixture to desired consistency.
Add the softened butter and lemon juice. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for 2–3 hours to firm up.
Serve on toast, pancakes, muffins, or scones. Enjoy!
