Instructions

  • Blend the pistachios in a high-powered blender until finely ground.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring no lumps remain.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Transfer the churned ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 2-4 hours until firm.

Notes

For a vegan option, use plant-based protein powder and swap Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt. Adjust sweetness to your liking with maple syrup or honey.
