Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it ready for baking.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, drained green beans, and cream of mushroom soup. Stir everything together until well mixed.
Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 8×8-inch or similar-sized casserole dish.
Optional: Top with a sprinkle of shredded cheese or crispy fried onions for extra flavor and crunch.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling hot and the top is lightly golden.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
