Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

Vegetables

  • 1 small Onion, chopped

Canned Goods

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Diced Tomatoes, drained

Pasta

  • 2 cups Egg Noodles, cooked

Dairy

  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Spices

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked egg noodles to the beef mixture and stir it all together until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and top it off with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding some Italian seasoning or a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also add frozen peas or corn for more veggies.
