Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked egg noodles to the beef mixture and stir it all together until combined.
Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and top it off with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding some Italian seasoning or a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also add frozen peas or corn for more veggies.
