  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup croutons, crushed
  • Lemon wedges (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
  • Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds per side until pliable.
  • In a large bowl, toss lettuce with Caesar dressing, Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, and croutons.
  • Fill each tortilla with salad mixture and grilled shrimp, fold sides in, and roll tightly.
  • Cut wraps in half, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve immediately.

Notes
