Marinade

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken tenders on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve and Garnish: Remove the chicken from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
