Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, Grape Crush soda, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Gently fold in the purple grape jelly to distribute evenly.
Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool cupcakes in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
