  • 1 box vanilla cake mix
  • 1 cup Grape Crush soda
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup purple grape jelly

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, Grape Crush soda, vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the purple grape jelly to distribute evenly.
  • Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool cupcakes in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Optional: Frost with whipped cream or vanilla buttercream before serving.

Notes

For extra grape flavor, consider adding a few drops of grape extract to the batter. You can also top with crushed grape candy or sprinkles for added texture.
