  • 2 sleeves Graham Crackers
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  • Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet, breaking them as needed to fit.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly until it comes to a boil, then boil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour hot toffee over graham crackers and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 7-8 minutes until toffee is bubbly.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, let sit to melt, then spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if using.
  • Let cool completely, then break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months. Try toppings like sea salt, shredded coconut, or dried fruits for variety.
