Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet, breaking them as needed to fit.
In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly until it comes to a boil, then boil for 2-3 minutes.
Pour hot toffee over graham crackers and spread evenly.
Bake for 7-8 minutes until toffee is bubbly.
Remove from oven, sprinkle chocolate chips on top, let sit to melt, then spread evenly.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if using.
Let cool completely, then break into pieces and enjoy!
