Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit slightly, place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center, fold over, and pinch the edges closed.
Mix garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Brush melted butter over each biscuit bomb and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
Place the biscuit bombs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Experiment with different cheeses and herbs for variety. Ensure the edges are well sealed to avoid cheese leakage.
