  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  • Flatten each biscuit slightly, place one cube of mozzarella cheese in the center, fold over, and pinch the edges closed.
  • Mix garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Brush melted butter over each biscuit bomb and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
  • Place the biscuit bombs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Experiment with different cheeses and herbs for variety. Ensure the edges are well sealed to avoid cheese leakage.
