Caramel Sauce
1cupbrown sugar
1/2cupbutter
1/4cupcorn syrup
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonbaking soda

2cupsmini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
Place the popped popcorn in a large baking dish.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add the brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt to the melted butter. Stir constantly until it comes to a boil.
Let the mixture boil for about 5 minutes without stirring.
Remove from heat and stir in the baking soda and vanilla extract.
Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and gently stir to coat evenly.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and immediately stir in the mini marshmallows while the popcorn is still warm.
Let cool completely before serving.
